This agreement, referred to as the Well-Architected Framework Review Order Form (the “Order Form”), constitutes a professional services engagement between OneData Software Solutions LLC (“OneData”) and the entity identified below as the customer (“Customer” or “You”). Its purpose is to provide a Well-Architected Framework Review (“WAFR”) to assess one workload currently hosted on Amazon Web Services, Inc. and/or Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. (collectively referred to as “AWS”). 

The remainder of this document outlines the details of the engagement, including estimated timelines, a specific scope of work, a process for managing changes, and mutual expectations for both parties. Please note that the scope of this proposal is limited to review and partial remediation only. 

The Customer and OneData enter this Order Form as of the last date it is signed (the “Order Form Effective Date”). It is subject to the OneData Software Terms of Service located at https://offerings.onedatasoftware.com/terms/ (or any successor URL specified by OneData), which are incorporated into this Order Form by reference. Together, this Order Form and the OneData Software Terms of Service are referred to as the “Agreement.” 

If any terms or provisions of this Order Form contradict, conflict with, or are inconsistent with the OneData Software Terms of Service, the OneData Software Terms of Service shall take precedence, except where this Order Form expressly states an intent to supersede the OneData Software Terms of Service for specific terms or provisions.
